Everything starts with soil. All nutrition directly correlates back to it; plant health, flavour and nutrition are all governed by the quality of the dirt.
Microbes are the life in soil and our vision is to promote their environment. In doing so, we propagate healthy resilient plants.
High rainfall and our temperate climate perfectly suits the cycle of the garlic plant. This results in minimal intervention because we are not trying to make the plant do something that it doesn't want to do.
The Southern Grampians region provides this environment, allowing wonderful opportunity for the plants to thrive.
Fertile soils and healthy plants combine to create garlic full of nutrients and flavour. Our desire is to capture the health giving properties that garlic offers in an easy to use form.
We are only interested in growing to the highest Australian standards. We will only ever be 100% Australian, always.
