Grange Garlic is 100% Australian grown garlic and we stand by the products we sell. We believe in Healthy Soil, Healthy Plants and Healthy Food, however, we also understand that sometimes things do go wrong.
Our refund policy is based on Australian Consumer Law policy and we abide by the consumer guarantees associated with this policy.
We endeavour at all times to supply products that are an acceptable quality, products that match the description and that are also fit for purpose.
Note that our products are perishable foodstuffs with a time limited use by date, so correct storage, refrigeration and handling is required to maximise the value and flavour from this locally grown product as we don’t use preservatives.
However, with this in mind, a happy customer spreads the word, so if you have a problem with a product, simply give us a call or contact us via email and we will be happy to help.
Simply send a quick description of the issue, attach a copy of proof of purchase and away we go in sorting out a remedy for your issue. We are very confident in our product and stand by it. We offer a 200% money back guarantee on our product. This however does not apply to issues relating to postage, or handling of the product once it has arrived to you.
