Who we are
Grange Garlic is a family farming business based at Croxton East, which is 20 minutes east of Hamilton in the Western District of Victoria.
We are a vertically integrated business, linking the worlds of horticulture and food processing to create a proudly 100% Australian product. Our tubs, labels, and cardboard boxes are all Australian made. A big thank you to Australian companies like Opal for their support, and supply of our renewable packaging.
From seed production to broadacre sowing and harvesting, storage and curing, food processing and packaging, sales, warehousing and distribution - we do the lot! This allows us to completely control and track the quality of product for you. Truly authentic paddock to plate!
Our purpose built state of the art facility is now in full operation, employing locals ranging from tractor drivers to food scientists.
Fresh whole and minced garlic is supplied to retail outlets, food services, processing and wholesale markets.
