Chimmi Churri Sauce Recipe

CHIMMI CHURRI RECIPE (Serves 8)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 cup roughly chopped parsley leaves
3 tsp Grange Garlic minced garlic
2 tbsp capers
1 small red chilli, de-seeded
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sea salt or pink salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
METHOD
Pulse all ingredients except for olive oil and red wine vinegar in food processor, until finely chopped and combined. Add olive oil and vinegar and continue to pulse until all ingredients are mixed well.
